Thursday, January 5, 2023 – San Antonino Castillo Velasco. This municipal library, 10 minutes north of Ocotlán, joined the LPP network in 2011 and has more than 1,000 children’s books, thanks to LPP donors. The town is famous for its embroidery and cempasúchil flower cultivation for the Day of the Dead. After reading with the children, talking to the library manager, and watching a puppet show in the library, we will eat in a nearby restaurant and visit the beautiful artisan market in Santo Tomás Jalieza.

Tours are limited to 14 participants, so early registration is recommended. An 800-peso donation is requested.
